You may request a return, refund, or replacement within 48 hours of delivery if one of the following applies:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.
• You receive a product different from what you ordered, including an incorrect size.
• You have another eligible product issue that our team needs to review.

Returned items should be unused, with the original packaging, seals, and tags intact. Contact us within the stated period so we can review your request.

For free-size items, you may request an exchange for a different design within 7 business days. Please contact our team before sending an item back so we can guide you through the process.

Email us with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please include clear photos to help us review your request. Please contact us before returning or shipping any item back.
